Katie began her musical journey in infant school, after begging her parents to get her violin lessons. A few years of that she moved on to the cello.
At middle school she realised her instrument was the piano, at which she attained grades. But she soon got bored with playing and reading classical music when she so loved playing the blues.
She was self taught from then on, buying her first professional keyboard at the age of 13.
At senior school she joined the choir, taking part in many performances, both singing and playing the piano.
She did her first live performance at a social club with a friend at the age of 13. Katie also spent some time working in a music shop where she was able to increase her musical skills and knowledge.
Always aspiring to be in her own band, she is now a member of Jukebox as the versatile lead singer and keyboard player.
